Highly nutritious breakfast cereal/flakes. Skip Oats/Cornflakes - Eat Millets Made from Pearl Millet (Bajra). These Bajra flakes can be had with hot milk for breakfast and can be used to make Poha/Chiwda" "1. Add to warm milk. Add honey/sugar as necessary. Adding dry fruits optional 2. For Poha - Add seasoning grains and vegetables along with a Tbsp of oil to a kadai. Add Bajra Flakes after the vegetables are done. Sprinkle little water as necessary. Cook on Med. Flame with lid closed for 2 min. Add garnishing. Serve hot (Note: Don’t soak flakes in water)
