The flowers of Cocos nucifera (coconut) are traditionally used in Ayurvedic medicine to aid women in recovering from postnatal changes. In Kerala, a preparation called Thengin Pookula Lehyam, made from the coconut flower, is widely used as part of postnatal care. Sitaram Thengin Pookula Lehyam is a herbal postnatal care tonic enriched with the nutrients of the coconut flower. How To Use
